Whether you're setting up your organization for the first time or looking to streamline your workflow, this guide will help you get started.

The admin dashboard is your command center.

From here, you can see real time enrollment and completion metrics across all your courses.

You'll find quick access to manage courses, users, and reports.

The activity feed shows you what learners have been doing recently.

And one of our favorite features, press command k anywhere to instantly search and navigate to any page in the system.

Course management is where you build your learning content, create courses with a mix of lessons, quizzes, and surveys.

You can upload recordings and let our AI automatically generate quiz questions for you, organize related courses into learning paths to guide learners through a structured curriculum.

You can also set prerequisites and completion requirements to ensure learners progress in the right order.

Managing users and enrollments is straightforward in Lux LMS.

You can bulk import users via CSV upload or let learners self register using custom enrollment codes, track completion status across all your courses, and automatically generate certificates when learners finish.
