LuxLMS provides an online survey creation and distribution platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LuxLMS to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Collect personal information without consent
• Interfere with the operation of the service

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the surveys you create and the data you collect. By using our service, you grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds may be available within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuxLMS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
